Welcome to the Strachan Foundation Archive 1994 to 2022

We are a small family foundation established to promote social investment in Central America. We support innovative projects that prepare and empower people and communities to creatively solve the problems they face.  Within that broad objective, our prior focus was on formal and informal education and health programs in Central America, including Costa Rica, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Panama and was closed in 2021. And our current focus is Scholarships for transformative leadership. We no longer accept requests for Funding.
